- Jane McGonigal’s Find The Future: The Game, is a program to bring young adults into the New York Public Library to engage with library books and artifacts in a game-like structure.
- Foldit, referenced by Jane McGonigal, is a game used to crowdsource a scientific solution to protein folding; For more information, check out this article, Games with a Scientific Purpose written by Benjamin M Good and Andrew I Su

- Dr. Loriene Roy’s Indigenous Cultural Heritage Development
- If you’re interested in embedded culture and diasporas, Pedro Oiarzabal suggested reading Identity Palimpsets: Archiving Ethnicity in the U.S. and Canada, and Diasporas in the New Media Age: Identity, Politics and Community
- Social Responsibilities Round Table (SRRT) – I had a great conversation at the International Responsibilities Task Force (IRTF) round table regarding privacy, cyber security, and potential events for future ALA conferences.
